Responsible Play
Free social gaming for entertainment
Wildplaygames is a free-to-play social gaming platform created for entertainment. Games use virtual coins that exist only within the platform. These coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money, merchandise, or prizes with real-world value.
Progress or results in a social game should not be viewed as an indication of what may happen in activities involving real money. Those activities operate differently and may involve financial risk and separate legal requirements.
Age requirements
Wildplaygames is intended for adults aged 19 and over. We may ask users to confirm or verify their age where appropriate. If you share a device with someone under 19, remember to sign out after your session and consider using the parental controls or content restrictions available through your device, browser, or operating system.
Keeping play balanced
Social gaming should remain an enjoyable part of your free time rather than something that takes over other areas of your day. A few simple habits can help keep the experience comfortable and balanced:
- Think of the Game as entertainment, just like another casual video game or digital activity.
- Choose how long you want to play before starting and try to stick to that limit.
- Take regular breaks, especially during longer sessions.
- Avoid playing when you are tired, stressed, upset, or using the Game simply to escape other concerns.
- Make time for work, study, exercise, hobbies, social activities, and time away from screens.
When it may be time to step back
Even when no money is involved, gaming can become excessive or begin interfering with everyday life. Consider taking a break or reviewing your habits if any of the following sound familiar:
- you regularly continue playing much longer than you originally planned;
- you find yourself thinking about the Game while working, studying, or doing other activities;
- gaming begins replacing sleep, responsibilities, exercise, or time with friends and family;
- you feel unusually restless, frustrated, or irritable when you cannot play;
- you hide the amount of time you spend gaming or people close to you have expressed concern;
- social gaming is increasing your interest in activities involving real-money play.
If several of these situations apply to you, consider taking an extended break and speaking with someone you trust. The support services listed below may also be able to provide confidential guidance.
Tools that can help you manage play
Wildplaygames may provide tools that make it easier to manage how and when you use the platform:

- Take a break: temporarily lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Self-exclusion: request permanent account closure by contacting [email protected]. Once completed, associated marketing communications will also be stopped.
