1. About Wildplaygames and these Terms

Wildplaygames (the “Game”) is operated by Wildplaygames Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in Malta with its registered office at Level 1, The Centre, Tigné Point, Sliema TPO 0001, Malta. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you access or use wildplaygames.com, the Game, and related features, together referred to as the “Service”. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the Service.

2. Free social entertainment

Wildplaygames is provided as a free-to-play social gaming experience for entertainment purposes. The Service does not accept or hold real-money wagers, and users do not need to deposit money to participate.

The Game does not award cash, cryptocurrency, merchandise, vouchers, sweepstakes entries, or any other reward with real-world monetary value. Results or progress achieved within Wildplaygames should not be interpreted as an indication of future results in activities involving real money.

3. Virtual coins and in-game items

Virtual coins, chips, spins, and other digital items available through the Game are referred to collectively as “Virtual Items”. They exist only to support gameplay within Wildplaygames. Virtual Items:

• have no monetary value and are not currency, deposits, stored value, credit, or personal property;
• cannot be withdrawn, converted into cash, sold, transferred to another user, or redeemed for money, prizes, or other benefits with real-world value;
• are made available only for your personal and non-commercial use within the Game and remain part of the Service;
• may be awarded, adjusted, expired, suspended, or removed in accordance with the operation of the Game and may be lost if your account is closed.

Receiving or using Virtual Items does not give you ownership rights in them. No compensation is owed for Virtual Items that are adjusted, removed, expired, or lost.

4. Access is currently free

Access to Wildplaygames is currently provided free of charge. The Service does not require purchases, deposits, subscriptions, or payment card information. If optional purchases are introduced in the future, we will update these Terms and provide clear information about any applicable costs and conditions before a purchase can be made.

5. Age and eligibility requirements

You must be at least 19 years old to create an account or use Wildplaygames. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The Service is not intended for anyone under 19. We may request reasonable proof of age and may restrict, suspend, or close an account if we are unable to confirm that the requirement has been met.

6. Welcome and in-game bonuses

New accounts receive a one-time allocation of 2,000 virtual coins. We may also make additional virtual bonuses available from time to time, including daily coin bonuses. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per person, household, and device. All bonuses are provided only as Virtual Items, carry no monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged. We may change, pause, withdraw, or reverse a bonus where necessary, including where we reasonably believe duplicate accounts, automated activity, or other misuse has occurred.

7. Your account and security

You may maintain one Wildplaygames account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details secure, and protecting your account from unauthorized access. You are also responsible for activity carried out through your account. If you believe someone else has gained access without permission, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. You may close your account through the available account settings or by contacting us.

8. Acceptable use of the Service

To help keep Wildplaygames fair, secure, and enjoyable, you agree not to use the Service if you are under 19, create multiple accounts, access another person’s account without permission, use bots or automated scripts, rely on emulators or modified clients to interfere with normal operation, exploit bugs, manipulate game results, buy or sell accounts or Virtual Items, reverse engineer or scrape the Service, disrupt its security or technical systems, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

9. Suspension and account closure

We may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to the Service if these Terms are breached, if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse, if action is required by law, or if Wildplaygames or part of the Service is discontinued. When an account is terminated, the right to access the Service and use any associated Virtual Items ends immediately.

10. Intellectual property

The Wildplaygames Service, including its software, graphics, written content, sounds, game presentation, mechanics, branding, and trade marks, is owned by Wildplaygames Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service for your own entertainment. No other rights are granted unless expressly stated.

11. Service availability and updates

We aim to keep Wildplaygames available and functioning reliably, but continuous or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical issues, security updates, or other changes may occasionally affect availability. We may also update, replace, suspend, or remove games, features, Virtual Items, or other parts of the Service when reasonably necessary.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except where applicable law requires otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildplaygames Ltd is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of data, or loss of Virtual Items resulting from the use or unavailability of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, and nothing removes any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws that apply in your country or province of residence.

13. Keeping play balanced

Wildplaygames is intended to remain an enjoyable form of entertainment. We encourage players to take regular breaks, manage their play time, and maintain a healthy balance with everyday activities. If playing begins to feel difficult to control or stops being enjoyable, our Responsible Play page provides practical guidance, information about available account tools, common warning signs, and links to confidential support services in Canada.

14. Privacy and personal information

Information about how Wildplaygames collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information is available in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the Service, applicable laws, or our operating practices change. The latest version will be published at wildplaygames.com/terms together with a new effective date. If a change is significant, registered users may also receive notice by email or through the Game before the revised Terms take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the new effective date means you agree to the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you under local law. Nothing in this section removes consumer protections that cannot legally be waived or prevents you from bringing proceedings in your country or province of residence where applicable law gives you that right. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
